Your account, profile, and saved pet details
Your saved address and location history
Your push notification device tokens

What we keep, and why

Completed booking and payment records (e.g. invoices) are retained for a limited period after deletion, as required by UAE tax and accounting law. They're kept solely for that legal obligation and are not used for any other purpose.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 30 days. We'll confirm by email once your account and data have been removed. You can also request this — or review and update your details in the meantime — from the Account screen in the app.
