These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NAH Pet Salon's ("we", "us", or "our") mobile app and website and your booking of our pet grooming, boarding, and related pet care services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

We offer salon grooming and boarding at our Sharjah location, and mobile grooming and pet taxi across Sharjah and Dubai. Availability, pricing and online booking differ by service and location — see our Services and Prices pages for current details. We may add, change, or discontinue a service at any time.

2. Bookings

Salon grooming and mobile grooming can be booked online, by pet and time slot.
Boarding and pet taxi are currently arranged by phone or WhatsApp, not online checkout.
A booking is only confirmed once we accept it (and, for online payments, once payment succeeds) — not simply when it is submitted.
You're responsible for giving us accurate pet, contact, and address information, and for being reasonably available at the agreed time and location.

3. Payments

You can pay online at booking ("Pay Now") or in cash when the service is completed.
Online payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Nomod. We do not collect or store your full card details — Nomod handles that directly.
Prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change, but late cancellations affect the groomer and other customers who could have taken that slot.

You can cancel a booking from your account or by contacting us. If you cancel a booking you've already paid for online, we refund you to your original payment method via Nomod, minus a cancellation fee — currently 20% of the total — to cover the reserved slot. This rate can be waived or adjusted by us for a given booking (for example, if the cancellation is our fault, or made with enough notice).
"Cash at Completion" bookings aren't charged online, so no refund applies if you cancel — there's simply nothing to pay.
We may also need to cancel or reschedule a booking (for example, groomer availability or unsafe weather for a mobile visit) — if your booking was prepaid, you'll receive a full refund in that case.

5. Pet Health & Safety

You confirm that your pet is up to date on required vaccinations and does not have a contagious illness at the time of the appointment. Our groomers may decline or stop a service if, in their reasonable judgment, continuing would risk the pet's health or safety, or that of our staff or other animals. We take reasonable care of your pet while in our charge, but are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions or incidents arising from information you didn't disclose to us.

6. Mobile Grooming & Pet Taxi

For mobile grooming and pet taxi, you authorize us to use your device's or provided address location to reach the pickup point, and to share the assigned groomer or driver's live location with you while the appointment is in progress, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You may request deletion of your account at any time via our account deletion page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date; continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
